Pre-watching activity: Teacher tells and shows how the Students prepare their own Snow Globe(Mindfulness Globe).
They have finished their own Snow Globe(Mindfulness Globe). They observe glitter powder. Like these glitter powder in the Snow Globe(Mindfulness Globe), we sometimes feel nervous, happy, excited, sad… Our feelings usually change. After for a minute, students close their eyes and think glitter powder in the Snow Globe(Mindfulness Globe). Our feelings and glitter powder in the Snow globe(Mindfulness Globe) are similar to each other.

Evaluation criteria: The lesson is effective if during this activity: - students focus to taking breath - the experience of breathing in and expelling out. -Observe our feelings percebtibly Activity results: Students begin by bringing awareness to the breath, the experience of breathing in and expelling out. All students guides their attention to the their own feelings. The students expressed their opinions about the activity as follows; Before making this activity, I did not notice my feelings. Students gained a different experience. Students learn open to and rest in an awareness of the feelings as a whole breathing moment by moment.
