Cards with the following information:
Name
Age
2 physical features
4 personality features
One thing that you like to do
Activity stages (please briefly explain the process, roles of participants, guidelines, teaching tips, etc., so that other teachers can successfully implement the activity): Warm-up session To start, we can make questions to our students to be sure that they know how to introduce themselves to others. We can define some personality adjectives to make them understand better the one that fits their personality best. Once, they have enough knowledge about the topic, we can start with the activity. Individual work; Students fill the cards provided by the teacher. Group work; Once the presentation cards are finished, they are collected and mixed all of them. The teacher will start reading them aloud without the name, and the students have to guess who is who.
Evaluation criteria: The lesson is effective if during this activity:
-It encourages the knowledge about others -students describe themselves properly -they know a little bit more about themselves Activity results: Students may feel different feelings and emotions when other people know about them, with this activity they will develop self steem and self awareness. They will respect each other’s feelings.
